The Medieval Banquet promises a special evening of knights, jugglers, magic and amazing feats of strength and mystery.  Enjoy fine food and ale served by wholesome wenches followed by music and dancing until late.  The medieval-themed show takes place amidst the banqueting tables throughout the cellar, so you can be sure of a great view.

What is included in my ticket price?
The Medieval Banquet is a theatrical dinner experience. You get over 2 hours of themed entertainment, including speciality acts which can include knights, jesters, strongmen, contortionists and magicians. There are also live Medieval musicians and singers. Your ticket also includes the 5 course set medieval themed feast and, in traditional medieval style, unlimited house beers and wines served until the end of dinner.

Food & Drink
Do you have a vegetarian option? Yes The Medieval Banquet caters for Vegetarian and other specialist meals but please notify us at the time of booking.

Do you have any gluten free food?
We do cater for celiacs, please inform us at the time of booking.

Do you serve Halal meat?
We are happy to arrange it but we need to be informed about all dietary requirements at the time of booking.

What beers are included in the price? Which other drinks are included?

The Ale served at the table (that is included in the price) is John Smiths Extra Smooth. White and red house wines are also available.Other drinks (ie Spirits) you will need to buy from the cash bar. If you would like non alcoholic drinks in place of the beer and wine, please notify reservations when you book.

Do you serve lager or only John Smith’s?
John Smith’s is part of your package. Lager can be purchased from the bar.

Reservation and payment is required in advance.

How far in advance do reservations have to be made?
Although we may have places available at late notice, we recommend confirming availability or placing a provisional reservation few weeks prior to the event.
